I’m finishing up the Reinvention episode and you guys (and the fabulous David Crabb) gave the best review of the show and Madonna that I have yet to hear. I can’t wait to listen to more. Y’all are my new drive to work pals!

Instead of this iconic quote from “Vogue” saying “looking at,” let’s imagine “listening to” because everyone will be asking you that question when you’re laughing hysterically to John and Eric’s incredible, niche banter and amazing guest conversations about the queen of pop, Madoner. I love this pod, because it reminds me of the good times and the better times with our gal. Come for the fandom, stay for the shade! My favorite kind of shade: the kind that comes from love and deep devotion. I sincerely enjoy every time a new episode pops up (yes, I’m an Icon member - ahem, subscriber) in my podcast feed. I love this podcast! Just listened to the Body of Evidence episode and thought you might like this excerpt from Norman Mailer’s interview with Madonna in Esquire: Madonna: In the sex scenes, I did feel that this must be what it feels like to make a porno movie. Like when we supposedly were having intercourse, Willem and I were absolutely faking it; there was no penetration or anything like that. But if you're sitting on someone's face, you are sitting on someone's face. You can't really fake it. I don't know if I'm answering your question... Mailer: You're more than answering it. I think in effect you're agreeing with me that you've had the experiences of a porny star ….

Truly an amazing podcast. They love Madonna but don’t idolize her. Which is so refreshing. Fan girling is a little tired. But they deliver delicious facts on the great superstar. They are hilarious. They are down to earth and I could listen to them for hours. Please dot stop your podcast. You are both great at this. The guests are just as good. I hope they make $1million each from this podcast so I Can listen forever. Please don’t stop.
