This week's episode I wanted to dedicate sometime in reducing shame for our past selves. During a time of healing and deconditioning, there are many painful memories that can occur which can result in judgment or shame for past selves. We all did and do what we can to survive with the tools that we have.

In today’s episode, I talk about the past few weeks in my life that were extremely hard for me to endure. I have been struggling with depression for quite some time and my avoidance to my own emotions, actually caused me more harm than good. I was reminded the beauty of sitting and feeling ALL of my emotions and then feeling empowered enough to communicate how I felt to those around me.

There is a Strawberry Full Moon in Capricorn TOMORROW and although you do not have to do anything for the full moon, the energy will be very potent. So, why are full moons hold so much power? Does the moon really impact human behavior? What will Capricorn energy do for you?

Needless to say, I am so excited about Capricorn energy. This is boss ass b**ch energy and I think after the recent Mercury Retrograde... we need this!
