Making It with Jon Davids

Jon is a great story teller and interviewer. He asks great questions during interviews and finds ways to teach strong principles. Well done JD.

I want to love this podcast so much, Scott has a wealth of knowledge to share, but it seems to get lost in translation when he has guests on the show. I love the episodes when it is just Scott sharing what he knows, that’s when we feel like we are learning. Unfortunately some of the episodes with guests seem to become a fun conversation of agrees and disagrees with very little knowledge being transferred to the listener. Still fun, still love Scott, have been watching him since the first income property episode, but I really want to see him do more solo episodes pouring out that awesome knowledge. Deep dive into specific topics, give us the dry facts, you won’t be boring! Keep them coming!!

It’s coming through choppy

Man I’m so glad Scott finally is doing a podcast. Watching Income Property is what finally got me inspired to get rental property. It’s great to have someone like him help show everyone the way to do this correctl. I’ve listened to three of the shows and already learned a lot than many of the other podcasts I normally listen to. One of them is about to get deleted.
