    We have a packed episode for you this week with lots of great things that are happening in and around Marbella.
    Hannah won an Instagram competition and the prize was a massage from Amarse Mobile Beauty. The masseuse was a lovely lady called Marta who was very spiritual and also had a feather tattoo on her wrist. @amarsemobilebeautyconcierge
    They discuss the recent raids on Ocean Club Marbella and the red sand that has been used on San Pedro Beach to replace the storm damage.
    Hannah shares her brunch experience with her dad at a great little eatery in San Pedro called Max Bistro @maxbistrosanpedro
    On Wednesday they headed inland to Monte Mayor and to Nova Art Café to take part in a quiz organised by Sean Wooley of Cloud Nine Spain (aka Mr Monte Mayor). Find out how they got on! @nova_cafe_spain @cloud_nine_spain
    An event they always look forward to in June is the opening of one of their favourite chiringuitos on San Pedro beach called Guayaba. Although they didn’t get there on opening night many of their friends did and they will be reporting back after their first visit of the year. @guayababeach
    They also speak about their upcoming trip to Malaga for Cirque de Soleil, and the tickets they have booked for the Starlite Festival to see Keane and The Corrs.

    It has been a busy week for Hannah & PJ and there is lots to report on in this week’s episode.
    Some of the highlights include some great news issued by the Junta de Andalucia about the filling of swimming pools and the fact that from 1st June both private and communal pools will be allowed to be filled, and the water usage restrictions on private households will also be lifted.

    They also mention the new pilotless drones that will be tested in 2025 which ultimately will offer airport visitors and quick way to get from the airport to their destination. The article says that it would eventually take just 15 minutes from the airport to Marbella.

    There was also some important news for residents that have not yet updated their green resident certificates to a TIE card, ahead of the new EU automated border system called the Entry and Exit System (EES).

    On Tuesday a family friend of Hannah’s flew out to Spain, with a friend to visit. They took them for some authentic Spanish tapas at La Fria in San Pedro for their first night, which went done very well indeed (@cervecerilamasfria)
    Out and about this week Hannah and PJ attended the 25th Anniversary party for Essential Marbella Magazine on Thursday night, the most established and popular magazine for the Costa del Sol @essentialmarbellamagazine. The party was at a wonderful venue called Air Roof Top Bar, which is part of the Breathe Marbella establishment in Puerto Banus @air_marbella. It was a fun night with some great entertainment courtesy of @divafeverspain, a duo made up of Melissa Carver and Toni Leigha. There was also an amazing 25th Anniversary cake surrounded by handmade chocolates supplied by the Mayan Monkey Chocolate Factory in Mijas @mayanmonkey
    On Friday night Hannah & PJ took their Dutch friends to La Sala Banus for a lovely meal on the terrace before heading inside to the live lounge to see Diva Fever Spain again, which is now bordering on them being official groupies! @lasalabanus
    Finally, they talk about their trip to Mijas Pueblo where the Sabor a Malaga happened to be. It is where local producers come together to showcase their products such as olive oils, cheese and even wines @saboramalaga

    PJ speaks about the E1 Electric Offshore F1 that will be taking place in Puerto Banus in June with teams captained by sporting legends like Tom Brady, Sergio Perez and Didier Drogba as well as a new team founded by Hollywood actor Will Smith.

    Hannah recalls her early start this Saturday for the Darkness into Light charity walk in Estepona. The walk starts before the sun rises so that participants experience the sunrise during the walk. It is to raise awareness for mental health and the prevention of suicide, two things that have affected too many people.     They also chat about Hannah's Men Talk that happened on Thursday which included former Blue Peter presenter Mark Curry, who has just finished a long run in the West End's musical Wicked.
    Hannah was interviewed by Nicole King this week on Marbella Now TV station that broadcasts to Marbella. It was supposed to be PJ and Hannah speaking about the Podcast, but as PJ was still poorly Hannah spoke about her long-standing weekly quiz at The Hogan Stand in San Pedro.     In the latest episode of ‘Marbella with Him & Her’, PJ has a moan about feeling poorly and his cough. Hannah talks about her meet up with a friend who is writing a novel and wanted to know about the lockdown in Spain. Hannah and PJ discuss those times and how weird it was.

    In this week's episode Hannah shares her first ever Reiki experience. It was with Reiki practioner Sandra who is based in Estepona @studioinnerbalance
    PJ talks about his favourite watermelon salad, a regular dinner throughout the summer.
    Ingredients: Diced watermelon, diced cucumber, sliced chilli, chopped fresh mint, sliced red or white onion, juice of half a lime, glug of olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Hannah & PJ also discuss a series that was very emotional called The Long Shadow which was about the Yorkshire Ripper. They recall some poignant moments and the sexism that was prolific at the time.
    There were two stories of interest from the Sur in English this week. The first was about an event at La Cala de Mijas on Labour Day bank holiday on 1st May where there will be 700 kilos for skewered sardines (espetos) for visitors to enjoy free of charge.
