For Bill it started in 1980 when he joined the Archer Epler Musketeers. 43 years later it has become his family. Currently located in a VFW in Upper Darby, the Marching Pageantry Arts Museum boasts the largest collection of uniforms, instruments, music, videos and anything that is related to marching bands and bugle corps. It's Americana and dedication to preserving a rich history and tradition.
