    On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, today was the official Constitutional certification of Donald Trump as President after he won a landslide victory. But there was no peaceful transfer of power yet – from this moment forward the Democrat party is looking to sabotage Trump’s presidency just as they did in 2016. They will do everything they can to block Trump’s nominees and personnel decisions. The media and the Democrats like to talk about January 6th but they don’t talk about what happened before then - phony impeachments and every effort possible to remove Trump from office. Also, what has President Biden been up to lately? He wants to make sure we aren't energy-independent by blocking drilling in federal waters. He’s stacking left-wing judges right now. He destroyed the Medal of Freedom by giving one to George Soros and he’s commuted the sentences of murderers.  Later, Judge Juan Merchan says he'll sentence Trump this Friday because all the left wants is to call Trump a convicted criminal. Merchan has lit a match to the supremacy clause and the electoral system. He has interfered in the Constitutional process like no other Judge and some say there's nothing we can do to fight back. We have common law writ. Afterward, why are we attacking Elon Musk over H-1B visas? He helped Trump win the presidency. Before that, he took over Twitter which was the enemy of the people and he exposed them. Why wouldn’t we want the best and brightest from other countries coming into America legally?     On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, WMAL’s Larry O’Connor fills in for Mark.  Today was the first day of the 119th Congress and Mike Johnson was reelected as Speaker of the House after a dramatic first-round vote.  3 Republicans didn’t vote for Johnson, and it seemed like the vote would go to a second round. But then President Donald Trump got involved and Johnson eventually won it on the first ballot, which most predictions said wouldn’t happen. Also, Rep Hakeem Jeffries lost the Speaker race for the 20th time in just 2 years. Jeffries spoke before he handed the gavel to Johnson, and it sounded like he was about to introduce President Trump at a rally. He complained that costs were too high and that America is too expensive. Jeffries is right – but who was President and Vice President the last four years? Jeffries said he wants to help fix the problems in America, but he has to work with Trump if he wants to get things done. Why would the Democrats want to work with someone they called Hitler and a fascist? Finally, Jake Tapper isn’t a serious newsman, he’s no better than a propagandist. One of his reports on the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal is the center of a $1 Billion defamation lawsuit against CNN and Tapper. That goes to trial next week. Learn more about your ad choices.     On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson, host of the Ben Ferguson podcast, fills in for Mark. FBI Special Agent Alethea Duncan was the first person America heard from after the horrific New Orleans attack and she told everyone that this wasn’t “a terrorist event.”  She deserves to be fired. Now, the FBI is saying this was 100% inspired by ISIS and yes, it’s a terrorist act. How could the FBI get this so wrong in the beginning? The other person who should be fired is whoever made the decision to have the hydraulic barriers around Bourbon Street removed for repairs. Of all the days of the year, New Year's Eve, someone decided that those weren’t needed, but now those barriers are up.  Also, the Washington Post actually had this headline published - truck rams New Orleans crowd. Do they want us to believe a random truck drove itself into a crowd with no one inside? Later, Pro-Hamas protestors celebrated in NYC after the New Orleans attack. The government was shut down over 20 times since 1974 and the nation survived. A shutdown does draw a line on what they call "discretionary spending" -- the government itself calls it non-essential spending -- much of which, but not all, funds ideologically driven projects. The government never really shuts down; indeed, when there is a so-called government shutdown, about 17% of the government actually shuts down.  Afterward, is George Mason University cultivating a nest of anti-Israel and antisemitic terrorist supporters? A student was arrested for “distribution of information relating to explosives, destructive devices, and weapons of mass destruction in furtherance of the commission of a federal crime of violence” to an FBI informant. Finally, Benjamin Netanyahu will not be able to attend the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz Nazi concentration camp fearing he may be arrested by the Poland government for ‘war crimes.’ This is outrageous.     On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, we bring you the Best of Mark Levin. The Loudoun County school system seems to be under the iron fist of the radical left. The local NAACP is angry after a teacher passed around some cotton during a history lesson on slavery and the invention of the cotton gin. You can’t pass cotton around as an example of what was produced and what took place in the South? Is this a joke? The NAACP has a lot of time on its hands. Loudoun County School shouldn’t apologize - they need a backbone to stand against this idiocy. Later, 14 suspects were detained in a home invasion, and kidnapping at the Aurora, Colorado apartments where the viral video surfaced of gang members from Tren de Aragua terrorizing residents. These blue states do not care about their citizens. We get lectured by Kamala Harris and Democrats on gun control, but they didn’t secure the border while illegal guns and drugs poured through. These Democrats need to stop being soft on crime and stop supporting soft prosecutors. Afterward, Judge Juan Merchan ruled that Trump doesn’t have immunity in his NYC case. Merchan needs to be forced to let go of this case by the Supreme Court. There is no guarantee the High Court will take it, but it may well if presented the right way. Finally, Paul Kengor calls in and explains how deeply engaged Democrats and Ted Kennedy were with our Cold War enemies – they sold out to the Communists. Democrats should remember this as they push judgment on Trump’s nominees such as Tulsi Gabbard, Pete Hegseth, and Kash Patel.     On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, WMAL's Larry O’Connor fills in for Mark to discuss the passing of President Jimmy Carter and how he was able to pass without having the worst president in history title, thanks to President Joe Biden. The radical left honored Carter’s passing which is no surprise due to his support for D.E.I. and the lack of support towards Israel during his presidency. Carter was a decent human being when it came to his family, friends, and staff, but that does not change how radical he was as a President. In addition, the fact that President Donald Trump won the presidency shows how much the people want change from the Democratic agenda. Trump defeated the left-wing media and now they are back peddling as hard as ever. New York City has not changed when it comes to the increase of illegal aliens committing severe crimes, making any part of NYC unsafe. The fact that an illegal alien burned a woman to death while raiding the subway train is out of control. The scariest thing is that Mayor Eric Adams and Gov. Kathy Hochul seem to do nothing about this and now are trying to back pedal on making NYC a sanctuary city. Border Czar Tom Homan expresses his frustration towards those who are against ICE and are against making illegal criminals accountable for the crimes they commit, let alone be in our country Illegally. In addition, President Biden and Kamala Harris have destroyed this country and then you have people like Julian Castro claiming that it is inhumane and immoral to deport illegal aliens. Also, the healthcare industry is coming up with more ways to cheat the responsibility we have to make sure we are healthy mentally and physically active. Instead, the left pushes for more pharma and offer Ozempic or Mounjaro instead of providing healthier options that encourages you to decide for your health not drugs like RFK suggests. This is another plan for the left and big Pharma to keep the American people in a cycle that makes them pay for drugs, making them depend on the government and pharma. President-Elect Donald Trump is working very closely with his team and with Johnson to ensure that the plan goes accordingly. In addition, Sanctuary cities are still a big issue considering that crime does not seem to go down. Crime is so bad regarding illegal aliens that we see it on a daily basis, look at the women who recent got burned alive by an illegal alien. It is absolutely ridiculous how the Democrats continue to keep the border open even after so many crimes, no one should feel unsafe, especially in their own city. Also, Trump has many goals once he steps foot in the Oval Office. Trump will fix the border, end the abuse of sex changes on children, fix the economy, stop the government spending, remove taxes, end the wars and make America great again.
