ABEP podcast is Excellent. What gets shared is relevant and clearly stated by Tony and all his guests. There is a good use of data and historical references to back up statements. You’ll get out a lot out of the conversations if you’re here to learn and grow!
A must listen

Each episode lends a great conversation between professionals. Real issues affecting people of color in the workplace and society that EVERYONE should be aware of.
Powerful Conversations on Race
23/12/2023
Tony draws on his personal experience as an executive and on current research to discuss timely questions regarding race and business in an open thoughtful manner. U.S. and global companies serious about a commitment to ethical success need occupants of the C suites and board members to honestly engage with the issues Tony raises regarding the ongoing history of explicit and implicit racism.
Putting words to feelings I didn’t know I had
17/11/2023
As someone who has always felt “othered” I appreciate Tony’s approach to talking about all the various dimensions that go along with how one identifies. I listen to these episodes with my mouth agape at times when he or his guests say something that I have felt for years but never could put into words. They are giving me ways of communicating these feelings with others in my inner circle. I am so happy that he’s tackling these difficult topics. This isn’t an instructional podcast of how to talk about it. It’s an educational podcast that is meant to stimulate conversation so we can be more comfortable with the topic whether in personal or professional environments.
