Mastering Your World Through Frequencies

I have listened to almost every episode of this podcast and share it with many of my clients and friends. I often find it difficult to explain to people what frequency work is all about, so this podcast is so helpful in communicating to others the power of this work! I have noticed such substantial shifts and upgrades in my life since I started listening. Grateful to Karen and the entire Spherical Luminosity team!

I have been listening for a few months and at first I noticed little things that were making my life better - better sleep, better choices throughout the day, and just a general sense of well being. I looked forward to listening to episodes every day or two, sometimes longer in between to give it time to integrate. Over time I came to recognize how these little things were allowing me to make big shifts in my thinking and in my day to day reality: improvements in my health, my relationships, letting go of long held bad habits in favor of new beneficial ones, and most of all my belief in myself and what I am capable of creating. I learn so much from listening to these podcasts and doing the Group Frequency meditations in each episode, and the changes happening deep within myself become more and more evident. I’m so grateful for all of this extraordinary life changing content that Karen Chong provides, she is an amazing person!

This podcast is not only inspirational and informative it also provides tools for a better more fulfilling life. I always look forward to listening- it’s truly a gift.
