Matthew Fray - writer, dad, relationship coach, ADHD (totally disorganized), ENFP (totally fun)

Matthew Fray is a relationship coach and author of "This is How Your Marriage Ends".  With a title like that, I knew there must have been some backstory from his own life.  We get into his path in career and relationships and what led him to writing this book!

He's neither a marriage advocate nor anti-marriage. He just doesn't want good people who want to be married (or who just want to spend a lifetime together) to suffer the same fate that he did.
