I had the pleasure of hearing John speak live in the early 1990s in Texas after releasing his 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership book; I was at the AdvoCare Success School. I have been a fan ever since and have a number of his books. Love this podcast and each episode has been timely for me as a solo entrepreneur since 2012. Such wisdom and direction.

I’ve listed to John Maxwell for years. He’s been like a mentor to me even though we’ve never met. His wisdom and leadership skills are valuable beyond measure. This podcast is just one of many ways he’s impacted my life for the better.

Being a Leader is not for the weak. The lessons are thought provoking and powerful but easy to apply. What good is knowledge of you can not apply it… this adds value to my life and makes me a better leader.

These three things combined, make for one of the most powerful podcasts I have found on the topic of leader ship. I have not heard one. Yes it was mediocre. Thanks for everyone’s dedication to endure the pain of striving for excellence.
