    Steps to achieve that inner GLOW UP ✨ Internal healing & Letting go of the past is the most important step! Sometimes we are held back and unable to move forward because we’re still holding on to past pain and hurt . In order to live life to the fullest it’s time to LET IT GO and move forward! This step takes time but it’s totally worth it ✨ Self - discovery: My absolute favorite step! As you go through healing , God begins to show you who you are , you’re gifts ,talents & purpose ✨ Falling in love with you ❤️: As you discover the real you, you began to see how valuable you are to this world. Things like people pleasing, lack of boundaries and low self esteem began to slowly fall off . You become more confident and growth happens 🌸🌾 ✨ Changing the way you think & speak: Our thoughts and our words are more powerful than you think. As we learn who we are , we began to speak and think on a higher level ❤️ ✨ Using our gifts to serve others: As you grow , you understand that life is bigger than you! It’s about serving others, that’s where you find purpose and fulfillment.     Forgiveness 😌

    Forgiveness is a vital step in healing. God showed me how holding onto unforgiveness binds us to pain, blocking joy, peace, and blessings. It’s not about excusing the hurt but about releasing it to Him and choosing freedom. Just as God forgives us, we are called to extend grace to others and ourselves. Forgiveness opens the door to healing and aligns our hearts with God’s purpose for our lives.
