Episode 19: Women of Color Initiative
This episode is very pleasing to me and my homecestors. We are joined by Brianna, Franchesca, Zuly, and Aliza from MCLA's Women of Color Initiative (WOCI). After some really heavy and important episodes, this is just a fun conversation that ranges from celebrity crushes to conspiracy theories. We thought collabing with WOCI would be the best way to end Women's History Month. Enjoy!
Today (3/31/21) is the LAST day to enter the raffle! Please do so by emailing tv4756@mcla.edu

Episode 18: Stop AAPI Hate
Our hearts go out to the families of Hyun Jung Grant, Xiaojie Tan, Delaina Ashley Yaun, Daoyou Feng, Soon Chung Park, Yong Ae Yue, Sun Cha Kim, and the other unnamed victims of the terrorist attack in Atlanta on March 16th. We wanted to make this episode to let members of the AAPI community know that we stand with you and we grieve with you. The E-board of BSU is committed to educating ourselves so we can be better allies to our Asian brothers and sisters.
Email #StopAAPIHate to tv4756@mcla.edu and we will include your name in a solidarity post.

Episode 17: Community Outreach Reaching Nowhere.
This is an extremely candid conversation between the leaders of MCLA's Black Student Union about the tone-deaf placement of Public Safety's "Community Outreach" office in between MERC and The Women's Center/IGE. We speak openly and honestly about how hurt and unheard we feel about this decision. The third floor is a student space and Public Safety makes us feel unsafe. Please share this podcast and message us about your feelings on the topic.
Email tv4756@mcla.edu with our action item to be entered into the raffle.

Episode 16: International Women's Day
Hey y'all! Hillary, Bri, and Tah sat down to record this on March 8th, International Women's Day. We wanted to take a moment and have an honest conversation about Black women and what it's like for us. You also get to hear a little about what motivates us! As always, share, share, share!
