    Measuring activity w/MS blood test

    Did you know there is no true TEST to say 'you have multiple sclerosis.' They schedule an MRI. If they see a 'spot' or 'lesions'. If it is found in 2 different areas, you are typically diagnosed. SOME neurologists will order a spinal tap to see if they find HIGH LEVELS of PROTEIN in that spinal fluid, more speficially the specific group of proteins called oligoclonal bands, they will say YEP. You 'HAVE' mS. ** There is no BLOOD test until now. This company, Octave, can structure these results to discern whether there is PROGRESSION, STABILITY or REGRESSION.
