Five stars

I have not been able to get Maura Murray off my mind since the very first time I heard about her case. I fully support getting the word out about her from those who loved her most! I pray for answers/ justice someday!

Heartfelt Story

I have heard this story many times. I’ll admit it fascinates me. Yet, Julie’s telling was so much deeper, so much more compelling, than any of the many retellings in the public domain. This podcast humanized Maura. I don’t understand how anyone could criticize your family’s dedication to gaining some shred of peace. I have long admired Frank’s dogged search for Maura. You are lucky to have a father who loves his children so much.

Mixed feelings

The podcast is well done and heartfelt. I really enjoyed it. Credit to Julia who narrates it for discussing such a personal story. She is reading from a script and it is uncomfortably obvious. Not everyone can read a script with the nuances that feel like a conversation versus the robotic sound of a reader. So be prepared that the reading is very robotic at times but have compassion as this is a difficult thing to do. A different reader would make this a solid 5 star
