In this meditation we’ll bring some gentle awareness to the simple and physical fact that we’re sitting here, quietly meditating. Noticing how it feels, both in the body and the mind, to sit quietly, we can begin to simply observe what arises, holding everything that comes and everything that goes within this broad, open, and silent space of sitting.
