I am a fashion executive with an art theory major who unfortunately chose the high stress world of fashion, along with divorce and grieving for my father. I was suffering anxiety attacks and nighttime sleeping aids. Thank you Ron for bringing back my sanity and spirituality on a daily basis.

I tried this on a whim, planning to exit quickly, and instead I participated in the most effective meditation session I’ve ever tried (and I’ve tried lots). Now I’ll plan to revisit this session regularly. Thank you!
