Gayle Van Gils is the award-winning author of Happier at Work: The Power of Love to Transform the Workplace, a practical guide for developing the powers of attention, stress reduction, curiosity, collaboration and compassion. She is also the creator of the hugely popular course, Smart Tips: Wellness hosted by Udemy for Business, offering inspiration and guidance to upgrade one’s physical, emotional, social and financial wellbeing.  Her intuitive, direct, and caring process supports greater focus, engagement and connection, and a productive and compassionate workplace. Gayle has an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, and is a certified instructor of Search Inside Yourself, the mindfulness and emotional intelligence training developed and proven at Google. She is the founder of the consulting, training, and coaching company Transform Your Culture, and is a senior meditation teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage. She is a popular mindfulness teacher on the app Simple Habit, and a Goleman EI meta-coach, helping leaders and other coaches to deepen their Emotional Intelligence.  Through her teachings both in person and through online courses, Gayle has helped thousands of people find more peace, energy, inspiration, joy and success in their lives and businesses.

He has practiced Shambhala Buddhist meditation since 1995 and taught meditation since 2004 in NYC, Vermont and Colorado. Bryan has studied closely with Shambhala teaching artists Jack Niland and Madeline Bruser, co-teaching classes with each of them. He has been a music educator since 1998, focusing on private guitar lessons and has recently created Authentic Musician Performance Training, a course for integrating musical skill with performance confidence. Bryan writes and performs as a singer/songwriter and bandleader, incorporating influences from rock, folk, blues, jazz and world music.
