Over the years I have heard meditation referred to as "soft science." But that is no longer true. Many research studies have been looking into the various forms of meditation and examining its effects on the human mind and body. As a psychotherapist and biofeedback specialist who has utilized meditative techniques with my clients for over twenty years, I am fascinated by what we have learned.
