In this episode, she shares how she approached life abroad at 60, adjusted to an entirely new work environment, to say the least, and navigated her life back in the US a year later, publishing her memoir: Kindergarten at 60  📗

Her recommendations are:

  • Adam cafe for refreshing drinks and AC
  • Paii restaurant in Bangkok

🎵 And her mediation song breathing in, breathing out
