My dose of sanity

I love listening to this podcast because it is a great antidote to the extreme and un-Christ-like positions and behaviors I see in many of my fellow Christians. I have learned of and read some great books after hearing their authors interviewed here. But the interviews are more than just a plug; the conversations are in-depth and enlightening. Thank you, Doug Paget and VCG!
Too much rambling

It’s a good premise but there’s way too much banter about nothing important. I got sick of trying to hunt for the good stuff. Also the host brags about not shopping at walmart, extravagant xmas gifts and other consumeristic values.

I'm a Christian who had stopped going to church manly because of conservative political opinions from fellow Parishioners; once I went to shake the hand of the person next to me as a brother in Christ, the person would not offer his hand and just said, “libatard.” I'm from a small town that mostly votes conservative because of my job. Most people know me, and thanks to Facebook, everyone knows I believe spending the amount of taxes we pay that goes to corporations vs. what amount of taxes promotes the health and quality of life for American citizens is an Obamanation of what Jesus and his father would believe. I ask a question in why can business deduct their monthly rent as a business expense? Would we have fewer homeless people if people could write off rent or house payments rather than just the interest and property taxes we can write off now? According to my old church, I'm to shut up because I'm a libatard. I believe the best part of being an American is our freedom to worship. I believe in Jesus, but as Jesus said, give to Ceaser what is Ceaser’s and give to God what is God’s our separation of church and state is what makes America Great because we can study all religions without fear from a theocracy using its power to punish people who believe a different kind of like what happened to Jesus when The Pharisees used the Roman government execute Jesus, I think his execution was payback for chasing the money changers out of the Temple personally The good news is Jesus came back from the dead and will return The United States People can freely study all religions podcast like this show me I'm not alone
