Menstruation ReWritten is a podcast for menstruators and non-menstruators who were raised in a culture of menstrual (period) shame and want to rewrite their own, their community's and their next generation's stories through having conversations about our own menstrual experiences, where we are now, what we wish had been and thus what can be.

AMAZING period shame-busting show!
I absolutely love this show. The laid back, down-to-earth conversations about bleeding are just what I need. I love how the host normalizes bleeding, being a cyclical person, and challenges the listener to push past menstrual stigma and period shame. Thank you!
