In this episode, Teresa Greco and I interview each other about our collective experiences with Mental Freedom principles and tools. Teresa is one of our Mental Freedom practitioners who helps us with our research in 2023 so she shared some of that, as well as how it helped one of her specific clients and what she loves about The Mental Freedom experience.
