We break down the emotions of the song and how well the sound production portrays them. Lucia plays clips from the Tiny Desk Concert version and it is lovely.     GRAMMYS & HARRY STYLES - episode 246 - Watermelon Sugar, Lizzo, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, HAIM

    It is GRAMMYS WEEK here on Talk Direction and Oh My God was it exciting! Harry Styles is the first member of One Direction to attend, perform at, and WIN at the Grammys. There was SO much to discuss: -Harry wore three different Gucci looks over the course of the night, all topped with colorful boas. Most notably, his performance look was a leather suit, no top, and green boa. -Harry opened the Grammys with a sultry version of Watermelon Sugar, arranged by singer/songwriter/producer Dev Hynes (aka Blood Orange). We are obsessed and NEED Harry to work with Hynes more going forward. -Side Note: Sarah Jones, Harry’s drummer, smashed it on the drums in a full leather suit (gloves included) while very much pregnant! -Harry’s performance pod included HAIM, Black Pumas, and Billie Eilish, all of whom watched each other perform. -Harry won Best Pop Solo Performance for Watermelon Sugar and looked completely shocked. First of many to come in our opinions! -Finally we discuss the #Haylor (Harry & Taylor) and #Hizzo (Harry & Lizzo) moments of the night.
