Thank you Christina & Jamie

The podcast I didn’t know I needed. I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to share how much this podcast means to me. As Jamie and Christina mention in the third episode that they hope you resonate with what they are saying- absolutely! I so appreciate the space they create to feel seen and heard while going through MS myself. I also really like how they discuss their lives outside of living MS, and how it is interwoven in and out of discussions. Because that’s REAL life, and I love hearing them discuss living with MS AND hearing about their acting careers and families. Plus they are funny! :)

So honest and relatable.

I was diagnosed in 1999. I thought I needed glasses but a las it was Optic Neuritis, which very often leads to an MS diagnosis. I was 23 years old turning 24 a few weeks later. I had 100s of questions. Will I get married will I be able to have kids. My Dr responded with “you will not live your life through this disease. “. You will get married and you will have kids. Fast forward 25 years later I will be celebrating my 20th wedding anniversary with a 17 yr old son and an almost 14yr old girl. Listening to this podcast while I’m at physical therapy, I find myself laughing out loud. “The caboose” and the episodes focusing on comments made by your kids really hit home for me. Oh how I wish we could meet for coffee. You two have offered yourself to the world for the many of us out there that have been living through MS. Over the past 25 years myself and my Ms Walk Team “The Cure” have raised over $1,000,000 in an effort to support research in finding “The Cure” for MS. ON May 18th we will be walking in Long Island Ny with so many others looking for the CURE. Thank you so much for what you do with this Podcast. It is reaching so many who didn’t even know that they needed it so badly. ❤️
