Love this open, honest and entertaining podcast

As I worked on home projects this weekend, I listened to several of Rob Lowe’s Literally podcast. They are fun and entertaining and make you feel like you are part of a cool conversation! Lots of fun inside information about the entertainment industry but also insightful discussions on life, relationships, family and hobbies.

Educate yourself before you make fun of someone.

I love your podcast, but your comments on the most recent one about Howie Mandel were upsetting to say the least. Howie Mandel has been very open about his struggle with OCD - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. He is not a germaphobe. Phobias are a very different thing. He has a MENTAL ILLNESS, and you were making jokes about it. As someone who also has OCD - the mental illness, not the “oh, I’m a little OCD” that people like to say when they are particular about something- it was very upsetting to listen to you minimize Mr. Mandel’s condition or assume that he was happy when covid hit. Anyone with OCD would never wish it on their worst enemy. It is a debilitating illness. Would you have made the same comments about someone suffering from depression? Alcoholism? Covid hit everyone hard with fear and anxiety, and I guarantee you it hit those suffering from OCD harder. We did not become a “yoda” to others. I am a longtime listener, and I was hurt by your comments and hurt that you were adding more disinformation about this already misunderstood disease to all of your listeners.

Like sitting 🪑 at the cool kids table at a reunion. Great conversations. Keep it up.

I admit I first tuned in to the show out of nostalgia, having been a fan of Rob Lowe since the 80s (yes , Rob I had your picture in my HS locker 😍)
I found that the conversations are a fun ride, the tone is easy going and the topics are not scripted but follow a stream of consciousness. Like a discussion one would have at a wedding or class reunion.
Rob shows a genuine interest in the guests and is able to connect on several levels.

I am now binge listening and enjoying them tremendously.
One request…i would love to hear a conversation with RJ Wagner
