After 25 years at the Late Night desk, Conan realized that the only people at his holiday party are the men and women who work for him. Over the years and despite thousands of interviews, Conan has never made a real and lasting friendship with any of his celebrity guests. So, he started a podcast to do just that. Deeper, unboundedly playful, and free from FCC regulations, Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend is a weekly opportunity for Conan to hang out with the people he enjoys most and perhaps find some real friendship along the way.

WONDERIFIC
I love listening to this in the car
My hero
Conan has been a constant comedic presence in my life and he’s got me through a lot of hard times. This podcast in particular made me laugh during COVID while dealing with the uncertainty we all felt, plus a rough case of postpartum. For that I’m forever grateful. Thanks for staying goofy and strange. It’s lifted me up when I’ve desperately needed it. Have always been, will always be a massive Conan fan. ❤️
Indecent
My kid came home today and asked if he could get tattoos and heroin for his birthday!! After making him wash his mouth with Fantastik, I asked him where he got such a ridiculous idea. I struggled to understand the gibberish coming out of his bleeding mouth, but I could hear “Conan.” Well, I found this podcast, and not only are my worst fears confirmed, but they also feature preposterous pornographic content in the program. They had a porn star named Eduardo talk about his tattoos!! I’ve never heard such a lewd voice in my life. His warm timbre and buttery cadence made me feel parts of my body that I had long forgotten, and for good reason! Absolutely despicable lasciviousness. Won’t somebody please think of the children?!
