A true crime bestie for life

I have become an avid listener of this podcast ever since I randomly came across her videos on Facebookw while scrolling the video section and I was hooked just by seeing how well she told the stories. Soon enough I was excited for every new episode release, listening to all the deep dives especially! It brought me into so many cases I’d never heard of before, despite being a MAJOR true crime fan… so that’s exciting honestly! I loved hearing about the billionaire couple in Canada, and Annie’s way of telling us about this story was so fascinating and kept me completely engaged which isn’t the easiest thing to do, but all this to say, she really has a talent for doing that and I’m SO glad I’m able to listen to her and that her podcast exists for us to hear about new cases, old cases, all the best true crime stuff that gives us a distraction or w/e it may be from our daily lives etc.! I am excited to see how Annie’s journey continues and I’m excited to be able to see it (or hear it, mainly.) I live for the deep dives, and can’t wait to hear which cases she covers in the future. If I had anything to say I’d change it would be the overuse of “all the things” I’m sorry but it’s obv just a habit however it’s bothersome to me & I’ve noticed it mentioned before in another review lol. But it’s also just funny how that’s the “worst” thing about the show!!!! Annie is like my somewhat naive yet open minded & considerate & non judgmental friend who knows how much I love true crime & spoils me with all the best cases & stories with knowledge that shows you her dedication for factual information & shares her opinions tactfully, which I always find myself agreeing with her! If you love this show check out Rotten Mango. You two should do a collab someday it would be my dreeeaaam! My two favorites! Haha but anyway thank you Annie for your authenticity & hard work. The best show right now, 5 stars well deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
celeb "B" in Diddy/Jay-Z lawsuit

I understand the implication of guilt onto this third celebrity, it can certainly be said that they served to enable the assault and were compliant in it / participating as well.. But i think the attention needs to be on the rapists, not the woman who was more than likely forced to watch or be involved as a layer of protection (maybe to help cover it up after?). We don't know the nature of their relationship then, it was probably just as toxic and abusive as Diddy's relationship with others has been. Are we supposed to be mad that J-Lo didn't fight the two men off? Mad that she didn't speak up? We have learned how powerful and terrifying Diddy was during his celebrity reign. The blame should be pointed at the rapists only. They were doing evil things and could have silenced anyone. We've seen it. Let's focus on the real monsters here.
Love it

I enjoy the way Annie narrates the stories. I love her enthusiasm for every new case and her follow up episodes. I appreciate how she lets her audience know she’s just as stunned, angry, incredulous or saddened by whatever she is speaking about- as we the listeners probably are. Great podcast.
