Col. Mickey Addison, USAF (Ret.), MSCE, PMP, M.SAME, is a leadership expert, defense consultant, and keynote speaker. During his 30-year career in the U.S. Air Force, Mickey commanded thousands of Airmen, managed billion-dollar portfolios, and collaborated with military, civil, and industry leaders worldwide.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and three master’s degrees:

  • Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA)
  • Military Strategy from Air University (AU)
  • National Strategy from the National Defense University (Distinguished Graduate)
