    The 3 Female Archetypes

    The 3 Female Archetypes

In a lot of earth-based traditions there is the idea of the 3 main female archetypes - the Maiden, the Mother and the Crone.
In today's episode, Erin explores the general behaviors, attributes and drawbacks for each one.  For the women in midlife, the Crone can be an especially interesting time with the transition from the more outwardly focused Mother to the more reflective Crone.  Listen in to hear how she is embracing her Crone era!

General

My review as a listener since this podcast was founded, is that I find the topics very interesting to me as a man, in spite of its title and mainly intended audience (women). I have known Erin for many years. She is intellectually curious, well read, thoughtful, introspective, intelligent, and a kind soul. Her topics are becoming more and more non-gender oriented. Even the ones about women issues, I found valuable so that I could understand what women, namely my wife, deal with and their perspective on things. This is helpful in any relationship. Erin is funny and has a keen ability to speak candidly and empathetically. My week isn’t complete without listening to her podcast. I highly recommend her!
