    In 1988, Tom joined the New Jersey Army National Guard and eventually became a JAG lawyer. After a few years, he left the military and hung out a shingle, opening his own law firm. He primarily handles cases related to military advocacy for disability benefits.



    After joining the bar association, he helped pass a law establishing a veterans diversionary program. Tom believes that county bar associations play a vital role in the success of these programs.

    Lindsay Lieberman is an attorney specialized in representing victims of sexual violence and cyber sexual abuse, and she also teaches at Salve Regina University. She specializes in helping victims of sexual privacy violations, and she educates law enforcement on how to better communicate with victims. Talk to your kids about internet and social media safety, and make sure they have parental controls on their devices. She has spoken on college campuses and to parent groups about sexual misconduct and consent. It's important to talk to your kids about porn and child sex abuse, and to be aware of the legal consequences of sharing porn or child sex abuse photos. Talk to your kids about not sending any pictures or messages you wouldn't want your grandparents or mom to see. Be prepared to have similar conversations about accidents and leaving the scene of an accident.
