Hello friends, welcome to the Pinkleton Pullaside Podcast! In over 2 decades of past youth ministry my leaders and students poked fun at me when I would be in groups of people and peel off with one person to encourage and challenge (make better) it became known as a Pinkleton Pull-Aside. That’s what we are trying to pursue here. Have a fun, fascinating, life-giving conversation with guests with great platforms, better stories that can add great value to your life. Sit back, grab a cup of coffee or head on that drive down the road and let’s lean in and get the good and the gold from authors, pastors, sports personalities and their influencers, leaders and followers. Bill Yeargin is President and CEO of Correct Craft, a 93-year-old marine industry company with manufacturing plants across the U.S. and distribution into seventy countries. Under Bill’s leadership, Correct Craft has developed a unique culture of “Making Life Better.” Focused on people, performance, and philanthropy, the company has won all their industry’s major awards including Boat of the Year, Most Innovative Product, and many others. One industry publication recently recognized Correct Craft as one of their industry’s most innovative companies while another described the company under Bill’s leadership as being “on an aggressive improvement path, the likes of which the marine industry has never seen” Bill has served on numerous for-profit and non-profit boards and has served both the Trump and Obama administrations on cabinet level advisory councils. Bill is a prolific writer who has published over 200 times and authored two books. He has traveled around the world as a popular speaker at numerous conferences.

Dayton Moore is an American baseball executive who is currently serving as senior advisor of baseball operations for the Texas Rangers. Moore's baseball career began as an assistant coach at George Mason University. He transitioned to professional baseball after being hired by the Atlanta Braves. In the Braves' organization, Moore worked in the team's scouting department and was later promoted to the baseball operations department. In 2006, Moore was hired by the Kansas City Royals to fill a vacancy in their general manager position, replacing Allard Baird. Moore was the Royals' general manager during the team's 2014 American League championship and 2015 World Series titles.
