    Season 1 Episode 10 - Nigel Camilleri

Season Finale!!! Wooohoooo... Guys, this has been awesome. Thanks to all of you who have supported us over the past 10 weeks. This week we're releasing a different kind of episode to what we've previously put out there. This one is informative and helpful in multiple ways. So, to the parents struggling to understand their teenage kids, to the average Joe in the street finding it hard to get out of bed in the morning, to our current mental health situation here in Malta, this episode is pure useful info! Check it out! After note from Nigel himself: To all those listening out there - we might seem like three guys in our neat clothes who have got it figured all out, but in truth we are as lost as everyone else is and we are just trying to keep the pieces together to make our ways through life. So what we suggest is not to aim to be a champion or the best in anything but to put yourself out there, to go out and experience life, to take the risk and ‘play’. Cause experiencing life is what will enable on to live it and then reap its benefits…. ‘Cause in the end, it’s not the time spent on the computer that will matter, climb that goddam mountain’ jack Kerouac #podcast #episode #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawarness Below you can find all the relevant links we discussed during the episode. Season 1 Episode 9 - Valentina Rossi

This weeks episode is pure fun! Well what did we expect when we invited our favorite local radio host Valentina Rossi onto the podcast. Look, I'm going to be honest, I never expected to learn so much about Val, but her story is interesting and heartfelt and can surely be helpful to youngsters dealing with similar situations in life. She's been in the public eye since a young age and that's never easy. I hope that you'll enjoy this one as much as we did! Side note: Bear with us. We are learning and trying to improve our podcasting methods everyday on the small budget that we have. So, we'd like to let you know that our sound quality isn't perfect but we'll get there. 3. Season 1 Episode 8 - David Ozi Borg

    07/03/2023

Season 1 Episode 8 - David Ozi Borg

Last November Oz (David) and myself (Hogg) met for a casual, catch-up coffee in Balzan. We hadn't seen each other in quite a while and it surprised me to hear about all the psychological difficulties that Oz was going through at the time. I on the other hand am a sports psychologist practitioner / mental coach. I instantly understood that while this was an ongoing battle for him, that he had an intrinsic desire to help others through his experiences. And just like that, the idea to create a podcast with the sole intention of helping people in need through the stories and discussions with others was born. This weeks episode is slightly different to all the others. I took on the role of podcast host and Oz is the guest. This is an episode that we're truly proud of and we're proud of it simply because we know that it is powerful and raw, and we understand the value that it will bring to the thousands of people out there who are fighting similar battles. Thanks Ozi for your vulnerability and bravery. It's ok not to be ok! Side note: Bear with us. We are learning and trying to improve our podcasting methods everyday on the small budget that we have.
