Miranyc ,

So glad to have found this podcast!

I started practicing mindfulness as a mom of a baby and toddler because I knew it was the only thing I knew would help me be happier, less reactive and calmer. Then I started teaching it to other moms in my sons preschool to help them too. Now I teach mindfulness to kids as well... but it was all in a vacuum I didn’t know there was this movement of other parents out there doing it too. I’m so excited to have found you and the wonderful informative podcast. Thank you!

“Like...like... like”

Listened to episode 201 as a new listener, and will not be a continued listener. Every time the host spoke she sounded spacey, and used the word “like” constantly. This lost any credibility as a reliable source and host, with her complete lack of eloquence, clarity, and succinct communication. The only time she was clear with communication was with her prerecorded and incessant self-promotion of her products.
