This recording provides step-by-step instruction for beginning meditators in mindfulness of breath meditation. This practice is based upon Buddha's teachings from the Anapanasati Sutta. Lisa Dale Miller, MA, LMFT, LPCC, SEP is a private practice psychotherapist in Los Gatos, CA, specializing in mindfulness psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction and chronic pain.
