In this episode.. Dr.  Maya Angelou, a world-renowned celebrated poet, memoirist, educator, dramatist, producer, actress, historian, filmmaker, and civil rights activist. Maya Angelou was born as Marguerite Johnson on April 4th, 1928, in St. Louis, Missouri and raised in St. Louis and Stamps, Arkansas. Maya Angelou became one of the most renowned and influential voices of our time. She held over 50 honorary doctorate degrees.

Her titled piece Still I Rise is a breath of fresh air.. a candid invite to look into the being of a strong bodacious woman, an everyday mother and powerful sprit- being. She gives the soundtracks to the marching footsteps for all the mothers who NEVER stop given selflessly of themselves.
