Mind Body Connection

Great course on bettering yourself. Though some of the information was alittle too much jargon for a beginner interested in the field of psychology, there was still alot of great information to be learned. I believe most interesting out of all was the major benefits that just simply meditating can do for us in our day-to-day lives.
