Melissa and this podcast are much needed in this space as well as in the industry. It shows the importance of celebrating and championing women and their hard work. It's warm and informative and energetic. So many of the professionals interviewed have interesting and inspiring stories. I can't wait for more. Kudos! Keep going!!!
