This podcast is a must listen for anyone interested in mental health, sexuality, and a more expansive approach to relationships. Whether you are already deeply involved in those scenes or just starting to curiously dip your toes in, you will find a warm, welcome, joyful exploration of ideas and concepts. Nicole brings her wealth of knowledge from her academic background and clinical experience to thought provoking, educational, engaging interviews. The guests are fascinating and the host is a delight to listen to. 15/5 stars 🐾
Where Was This When I Was Growing Up?
Nicole is an incredible host, but the real meat of the podcast comes from the content she's putting out into the world. I mean, if I would have had this available to me when I was younger things would have been SO different. Guess I'll just have to keep learning and listening to the wisdom that seems to follow her wherever she goes. I love this host, i love this podcast and i love the person I'm becoming because of it.
