MoM.08 - Inside IBM: Switching Career Into Data Science

One interesting article from Harvard Business Review said that data scientist is the sexiest job in 21st century, therefore making a career inside data world is pretty interesting for everyone, including me (@haroldstefan) and @dzakok. But here comes the question, how can I make a career in data science? What skills do I need? I have no IT background, can I still make it? 

Fulfilling the curiosity, we sat down with @caesaralpha, a consultant from one of tech giants, IBM. Alpha talked about data science, the roles around it, and the transitions on how he switched career into the data science field despite of having no IT background.
