This is by far my favorite podcast! Kristen and Talia provide great information, resources, and comic relief about all things related to motherhood. Their guests are very informative and usually turn out to be another resource for me to file away and reference again. Kristen and Talia also keep me laughing with their hilarious and relatable personal stories. I love how candid they are about the ups and downs of motherhood.

I found Momosas when I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of my first baby. Listening to Kristen and Talia talk about motherhood, from pregnancy to birth stories to nursing to parenting, eased my worries then, and now makes me feel like I’m catching up with old friends!! They strike an amazing balance of helpful, and hilarious, and smart, and relatable. I am also a pediatric occupational therapist and I find all the discussions about sensory processing, behavioral management, etc SO well spoken, relatable and helpful.
