It looks like this podcast has run its course but there is a lot of good stuff here to listen to. The interviews alone are worth it. If you’re on a path to simplicity, quiet, peace, or discovering the ancient paths, give this a try.

I love hearing from peaceful people and how they got to that place in life and how I could possibly replicate it in my life. I listen to all of Dr Puff’s podcast and this is one of my most favorite. I wish he would continue to do more of these

I really enjoy these podcasts. I have gone on a couple of retreats and have added flowers to my home as Dr Puff suggests. These activities have helped me to be more peaceful and serene.

Thank you Dr. Puff, this is a great reminder to take time-outs from our busy lives, plus I’ve been looking for retreat locations.
