We'll also say the Apostles' Creed and Lord's Prayer as we pray for ourselves and others and give thanks to Jesus. All accompanied by my guitar. Monday through Friday from Mobile, Alabama, USA.

You’ve never failed me yet - Morning Prayer for July 26, 2024
Love this song from Elevation Worship, “Do It Again.” The idea of remembering the works and faithfulness of the Lord is powerful. Over and over in the Psalms, we are encouraged to remember what the Lord has done. Elsewhere it asks Him to, “Renew them in our day.” Let’s remember today in Morning Prayer and ask Him to move yet again. We’ll see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

I’m struck by Jesus’s words every time I hear them again — how He came not to be served but to serve…to lay His life down as a ransom for many. To lay down His life. He doesn’t stop there, though. He invites us into it. Saying that if we do lay down our lives, we will finally find them. Take the leap before you find your footing. Lose to find. What a calling, what a Kingdom, what a life. For those who feel wrongly accused - Morning Prayer for July 24, 2024
It’s hard to hear today’s Gospel reading where they are flinging accusations at Jesus and not say, “Speak up, Jesus! Tell them you are innocent!” It is such an affront to see someone wrongly accused or, even more, to be wrongly accused yourself. I am so comforted by this story. That Jesus (and us!) can rest in the knowledge that our Father knows, our Father sees, and He will make it all right in the end. Doesn’t make it hurt less, but it offers hope. If you are in a situation like that, take some encouragement for yourself today during Morning Prayer and Worship.

In the short time I have been listening to this podcast, the Lord has used it in multiple ways to bless me and guide me. It is truly a remarkable resource!
Just what I need
I’ve been listening to this podcast for a couple of years now. Ben has an anointing that is evident by his ability to draw me into the Fathers presence in a short amount of time. I’ve had many ups and downs the past few years and having this show to focus my attention on Jesus each morning has been just what I need to make it through some tough days.
The Perfect Podcast for Insomniacs
As someone who struggles with sleep issues this podcast is a great blessing to me. The format of soothing music, scripture readings , and guided prayer help me relax when I can't sleep. Thank you Ben for your ministry of music and drawing me close to our Heavenly Father.
