Mother's Day: Families of Wholehearted Jesus Followers - Brian Barr OneLife Church

    • Religion & Spirituality

Every parent has goals for their kids. But as Christians, our greatest desire is that our kids would grow to be wholehearted followers of Jesus! In this Mother’s Day message, Brian Barr gives us five practices of families who are raising wholehearted disciples of Jesus. Discipleship has to start in our homes and in the way we model what it looks like to love God wholeheartedly. If we are emphasizing cultural values over Christian values or if we are not living as wholehearted disciples ourselves, our children will see the hypocrisy. As parents, it's our responsibility to teach our kids to know and apply the Gospel to their lives and prioritize gathering with other believers so that our children grow into spiritual maturity.

You can join our OneLife Sunday morning gatherings via livestream at 9am and 11am CST every Sunday morning. Or if you’re local to the Bay Area of Houston, we’d love to have you join us in person Saturdays at 5pm and Sundays at 9am and 11am!
