We got to know Adam and where the name Alliteration Ales came from. Adam was kind enough to allow us to record "where the magic happens". Right next to the fermenting tanks, kettles, and some very special bourbon barrels.

Mark and Bryce release the Zythos-hop-anonymous. A special beer that we brewed special for the end of year podcast party. We took Tom's, Bryce's, and my favorite hop and created my favorite style of beer. Hazy IPA. We had a great night talking with really great people and drinking really great beer.

Mark & Bryce (from Brown Beard Brewing) take the show on the road and head out to Parma to learn about what it takes to pelletize hops. We had a lot of fun and met some really great people. Can't wait to go back during the busy season.
