On Janurary 3, 2014 Brooklyn real estate developer Menachem Stark was murdered in what appeared to be a robbery gone bad. For some of his tenants, his death had an unexpected consequence. This week, one of those former tenants, Andrew Poitras, stops by to share a few stories.
