Wow, I just finished listening to the first 9 episodes. The information and stories being shared here are real, raw and relevant and very well prepared / presented. There is no way for me to imagine how difficult it would be to work through the many facets of immense grief while also carrying on with day-to-day life at the same time. These messages will help many people, to be sure. Suzanne openly shares glimpses into her journey with the hope of helping others to relate and to know that they are not alone in their pain and struggles. I feel like many of the insights and experiences she shares in her short digestible episodes have applicability to all people, as we all go through different hardships in life and most people have some form of mental or emotional trauma from their upbringing, even if it is unknown and/or subconscious in nature. I applaud brave voices like Suzanne’s that are willing to tell it like it is, without sugarcoating anything, creating a safe space for conversations to take place that can ultimately be transformative in nature. I’m sure many people from all over the world will be strengthened and encouraged from the stories and life experiences so beautifully shared in this special podcast. I look forward to the messages that will be published in the future and will definitely be sharing this podcast with others whom I know that can benefit from it.

I was also been widowed by suicide, so my life circumstances are similar. The episodes are personal and feel like hearing a friend’s story. I have enjoyed each one- thank you for sharing!
