Albert is an attorney, writer, motivational speaker, and former foster youth who is a survivor of child abuse, neglect, and domestic violence. Albert grew up in a very tough environment and witnessed his mother's struggle with mental illness and his father commit physical and sexual abuse. He now uses his voice to advocate for children through speaking and legal work.

Great podcast 💯💯💯🙌🏽

This podcast is soo good ( I actually wish I discovered it earlier) I enjoy the stories and each guest has a specific issue that is relatable to whatever anyone is going through! The problem isn’t only presented, there is also solutions to making it better! The episode about postpartum is very personal because I felt like it was aimed towards me🥲. This podcast is everything and yassss I will continue to tune it!
