    S9: Haunted Indian River County

    S9: Haunted Indian River County

My special guest is author and paranormal researcher Lawrence Lawson, who's here to discuss more haunted locations in the state of Florida. Get his book Haunted Indian River County right now on Amazon.

Indian River County is an idyllic vacation spot on Florida's east coast, not far south of Cape Canaveral. Known as part of the state's famed "Treasure Coast," many are unaware of the deep and fascinating history this area played in the development of the Sunshine State. Also lost among its visitors and residents are the chilling stories of the hauntings that accompany this rich history. It is here that a man named Waldo still looks after his family and properties, six decades after his death. Or a retired preacher is seen digging up his hidden treasure, days after he died.

    S9: Wendigo Lore

    S9: Wendigo Lore

Tonight, my special guest is author and researcher Chad Lewis. He's here to discuss his research behind the cryptic Wendigo from his new book, Wendigo Lore.
No other legend invoked as much fear, panic, and dread as the Wendigo. For hundreds of years, people in Canada and the United States have told stories of a giant cannibalistic monster that could devour an entire community- or worse yet, possess you and turn you into a Wendigo. Almost everything previously written about the Wendigo comes from an anthropological or sociological perspective, often failing to address the lore's supernatural component. Not this book! The result is one of the most comprehensive explorations of the Wendigo legend ever written. While not for the faint of heart, Wendigo Lore is a treasure trove of information for those seeking to learn more about this unique legend of the Northwoods.

S9: UFOs and The Evolution Connection

Bonus: Heidi Hollis, who is the new host of Paranormal Fears, presents this archived episode from her Outlander Podcast with special guest Gary Bates. Subscribe to Paranormal Fears to hear more interviews with Heidi Hollis.
When actor Richard Dreyfus gazed up into the heavens during the hit film, Close Encounters of the Third Kind audiences looked with him, in rapt attention. Alien encounters cropped up like, well, crop circles. More films were released. Books detailed alleged abductions. NASA funded SETI, an effort to make contact with civilizations from other worlds. But is all this valid? Are there really alien civilizations in our vast universe? In Alien Intrusion, Gary Bates gives a thorough treatment of this fascinating subject. What is behind the numerous sightings from around the world? Does the U.S. Government have evidence of alien craft? Can we hope to make contact in our lifetime? The author comes from an unapologetic Christian perspective, but lets the facts speak for themselves. His expertise on the subject and ability to 'cover the bases' has earned widespread respect - even from many in the 'UFOlogy community' who may be uncomfortable with the startling conclusions to which he inevitable leads the reader. This was especially evident during an amazing three-hour interview with George Noory on Coast to Coast. This invaluable book will help Christians understand the issues, and be able to intelligently answer questions and engage in dialogue with a culture sure were are being watched from space. Heavily illustrated with photographs and drawings - an amazingly comprehensive 'cutting-edge' look at the UFO abduction phenomena.

Mnspirit69 ,

Never disappoints

I rarely find a podcast that keeps my attention.
I either cannot stand the conversation between two hosts, the tone of the hosts voice or just plain boring. This podcast is easy listening for your ears and continually keeps you intrigued as to what is coming next. Most definitely recommend.

Delusional guests

The amount of absolutely insane and delusional guests on this podcast are astounding, and entertaining lol hence the 2 stars. Some of the claims made are the most absurd I’ve heard anywhere on the internet and make you question 90% of the guest mental capacity… How ktown doesn’t straight laugh at some of these frauds is impressive. (Also how do you even find some of these people?) If you listen for the pure entertainment or background noise it’s an ok podcast. But definitely has some crazies being interviewed

Good Vibes Only 369 ,

I rarely like female voices

K town speaks very monotone. She sounds like a robot! Sometimes it sounds like she is reading a boring story. The whole time her host is speaking you can hear her click around on her computer. Very unprofessional!!!
