Tonight we are in Season II the Nachrrootz Radio Show.  Welcome back and hope you had a great summer!  This show will be a two part cast fist familarizing the listener with Nachrrootz LLC Consulting Service and diving right in on " What is SEAMOSS?"  This topic of seamoss will be 1 of many epiosodes.  My referene will be from Prince Albert Islands University doc Chemical Investigations of Chondrus Crispus.

    Nachrrootz Live Holistic Health and Nutrition; Herbal Series: Tulsi/Holy Basil

    Taking the time to discuss the concerning topics stemming in the plant based community. Tonight we are in part 2 of the Kongo Herb Series in the Nachrrootz Radio Show.  The focus is on the medicinal herb known as Tulsi or Holy Basil.  The scientific name is Ocimum Sanctum and we will take time to review Tulsi's broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, which includes activity against a range of human and animal pathogens, suggests it can be used as a hand sanitizer, mouthwash and water purifier as well as in animal rearing to name a few.  We will also have a brief overview of the connection to Hinduism.  The reference will be from "The Journal of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine" Vol5 Iss4.  I intend to indentify the valuable properties and compounds of the Tulsi Herb.

    Nachrrootz Live Holistic Health and Nutrition; Herbal Series: Garlic

    Taking the time to discuss the concerning topics stemming in the plant based community. Tonight we take a new focus into the Kongo Herb Series in the Nachrrootz Radio Show first focus on the botanical herb garlic better known as Allium Sativum.  In the plant based community it seems to be a bit of confusion as if garlic is toxic and man made, thus preventing those from using this for its medicinal and beneficial properties. I will reference the most recent study from "The Journal of Immunology 2015 ariticle ID 401630.  I will also use other references and clinical trials to help the listeners understand the benefits of garlic and that it is not toxic to humans. I intend to identify the compounds as well listed in the studies and the healing properites.

    Taking the time to discuss the concerning topics stemming in the plant based community. Tonight we dig in deeper and focus on the science of appetite regulation and the association of brain control.  Which body system is truly in control of the appetite, we will use a study from The Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and Beth Israel Medical Center of Boston.  I intend to identify the connection between the brain and appetite and what really is in control of the food choices we make and consume.

Tonight we dig in deeper and focus on the science behind fasting while understanding the role of glucose and lipids.  I will reference 2 studies, one which has been provided in the weekly newsleter.  I intend to share the benefits of dietary fasting which was witness in case studies at The Labatory of Neurosciences, National Institute of Aging in Baltimore,MD

Tonight we dig in and learn about what dietary fasting is and the effects it has on the human body.  I will reference a study and clinical conducted by John Hopkins School of Medicine in Maryland.  I will also give my professional opinion on fasting vs dieting and why I think it is better for the human body.

    Once again taking the time to discuss the concerning topics that stem in the plant based community.  Tonight we will finally wrap up  the final episode on the topic of ph and balance aroud dietary intake.  We will use our newsletter guide as a referene and also the (NCBI) for all our fact based research reference.  This will be the end to the alkaline craze as we will clarify, define and use the references to educate.  We will also review some audio from famous "ND'S" and I will take your calls live!

    As always taking the time to discuss the concerning topics that stemm in the plant based community.  Tonight I will take live callers and we will be discussing the ph balance in the human body.  This comes after trending influcence from models in holsitic and naturopathic health following bigtime " Naturopathic Dr's" going back to the 70's.  This is the episode I consider the alkaline craze I will take time to discuss this and what the confusion is around this term. You dont want to miss it!
