I found out about this podcast via the StartOut boards and enjoyed some of the earlier interviews. Lately, I've felt like the interviewer is under-prepared and acting more like a fan girl than an interviewer. I would love to see this go deeper.

I love the issues discussed, but I had to stop listening because I can't hear anything clearly. The microphone sounds like it's a tiny cheap one placed 20 feet away from the guest, and only picks up a weird frequency band from the host. Had to keep turning volume way way up and way way down, and I finally stopped listening.
